30a Nature Connection - Nature Trail Walk

What to Expect

We’ll kick things off by taking a few centering breaths – a chance to turn inward and connect with our senses. After that, we’ll head out for a relaxed stroll along the 1-mile nature trail, soaking in the surroundings together. Our walk will conclude with tea, snacks, and an opportunity to connect with one another.

Trail Info

·      The trail is mostly flat and includes rest stops with benches scattered throughout for comfort.

·      It’s a sandy path with some tree roots popping up from time to time, so watch your step!

·      While the trail is largely shaded, please note that some sections may be sunny due to the time of year.
