Nature Journaling
Nature journaling is more than just putting pen to paper — it’s a way of seeing, feeling, and remembering. As we slow down and tune into the world around us. This offering is a way to capture your experience in a way that is meaningful to you – to capture what often goes unnoticed: the details in a small acorn in the palm of your hand, the curve of a leaf, the call of a bird, the way sunlight dances through trees.
During our time together, we’ll take gentle steps outdoors, guided by curiosity and stillness. You’ll be invited to write, sketch, or simply sit with your thoughts — there’s no right or wrong way to journal here. This is a practice of looking, noticing and feeling, not perfection. Whether you're new to journaling or it’s already part of your rhythm, this experience is for anyone seeking a deeper connection to nature, to creativity, and to self.


Sunrise/Sunset Connection
Begin or end your day with intention as we gather at sunrise or sunset for a gentle stroll along the shoreline. With each step, we’ll tune into the rhythm of the waves, the softness of the sand, and the quiet magic of the morning or evening light.
This offering is a practice in presence — a space to connect with nature, with each other, and with the deeper parts of yourself. Through guided prompts and silent moments, you’ll be invited to awaken your senses, slow your breath, and let the beauty of the gulf set the tone for your day. No experience needed — just a willingness to listen, feel, and receive what the experience has to offer.
